Thomas Baechler is the Manager of Regulatory Affairs at WTConsulting GmbH, with more than 15 years of experience in the food and chemical industry. He specialises in compliance projects on food contact materials and substances across European, US, and Asian markets, including testing strategy development, NIAS and migration-based exposure and risk assessments integrating toxicological data in line with EFSA and FDA expectations.

Thomas combines regulatory depth with business acumen, supporting chemical companies and plastics converters to align compliance with innovations and commercial objectives across global markets.
