BIOGRAPHY

Steven Altmann-Richer is the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Polymateria, based at Imperial College London, developing Biotransformation technology enabling polyolefins to biodegrade in open terrestrial environments while remaining compatible with recycling systems at scale. He leads global policymaker engagement and oversees communications and marketing.

Steven brings experience with policymakers to grow markets for sustainable products. He previously led public policy and business development for Tesla in the UK and Ireland, supporting market entry. He also ran international policy campaigns for the Confederation of British Industry on energy, climate change and Brexit.
