Dario Dainelli is the Managing Director of Policy Regulatory, a Brussels-based consultancy specialising in regulatory and sustainability advisory for packaging, food contact materials, plastics, and chemicals. With over three decades of international experience, he guides organisations on compliance, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

Dario also chairs the European Plastics Converters food contact experts panel, shaping policy positions on recycling, packaging waste, and single-use plastics. His expertise bridges science, regulation, and industry strategy to advance responsible, harmonised standards across global markets.
